This residence is located on the ground floor of a protected building in the picturesque traditional neighborhood of El Caba\u00f1al in Valencia. The spatial layout has been carefully designed to create a sequence that plays with the sensation of openness and enclosure as we move towards the courtyard. An ingenious staircase system allows us to descend gently, leading us to the spacious living-dining area, which becomes the pulsating heart of the house. This space not only gains in height but also houses a mezzanine that adds an additional dimension to the dwelling. The experience of this environment is almost sacred, inviting visitors to explore and be amazed by its beauty and functionality.
