Esta resid\u00e8ncia est\u00e0 situada en la planta baixa d&#8217;una finca protegida en el pintoresc barri tradicional del Cabanyal a Val\u00e8ncia. La distribuci\u00f3 de l&#8217;espai ha sigut acuradament dissenyada per a crear una seq\u00fc\u00e8ncia que juga amb la sensaci\u00f3 d&#8217;obertura i tancament a mesura que avancem cap al pati. Un enginy\u00f3s sistema d&#8217;escales ens permet descendir suaument, conduint-nos a l&#8217;ampli espai del sal\u00f3 menjador, que es convertix en el cor palpitant de la casa. Este espai no sols gana en altura, sin\u00f3 que tamb\u00e9 alberga un entrep\u00eds que afig una dimensi\u00f3 addicional a l&#8217;habitatge. L&#8217;experi\u00e8ncia d&#8217;este entorn \u00e9s quasi sagrada, convidant als visitants a explorar i quedar-se meravellats per la seua bellesa i funcionalitat.
