L\u2019habitatge s\u2019assenta amb sobrietat, integrant-se en la topografia i orientant els espais cap a la llum i les vistes. <\/p>\n\n<p>Un llarg <strong>porxo lineal<\/strong> actua com a mediador entre l\u2019espai constru\u00eft i el jard\u00ed. Aquest element, m\u00e9s que un llindar, estructura la forma d\u2019habitar: protegeix, filtra, emmarca les vistes i est\u00e9n l\u2019interior cap al paisatge. La seua pres\u00e8ncia constant regula la relaci\u00f3 solar i activa la fa\u00e7ana com a espai habitable en si mateix.  <\/p>\n\n<p>L\u2019esquema funcional es resol amb una zonificaci\u00f3 precisa: els espais d\u2019\u00fas di\u00fcrn, amplis i oberts, es projecten cap a l\u2019exterior, mentre que els espais nocturns es recullen en \u00e0rees m\u00e9s contingudes. La circulaci\u00f3 \u00e9s directa, sense jerarquies innecess\u00e0ries, afavorint la claredat i l\u2019efici\u00e8ncia en l\u2019\u00fas quotidi\u00e0. Destaca l\u2019escala situada al vest\u00edbul d\u2019acc\u00e9s, un espai a doble altura ple de llum i harmonia.  <\/p>\n\n<p>L\u2019habitatge treballa amb estrat\u00e8gies passives: <strong>ventilaci\u00f3 creuada,<\/strong> control solar, orientaci\u00f3 optimitzada i compacitat formal. S\u2019utilitzen materials duradors i honestos, amb acabats continus i textures suaus que dialoguen amb la llum natural. L\u2019estructura queda oculta darrere d\u2019una envoltant silenciosa, on cada decisi\u00f3 respon a criteris de confort, manteniment m\u00ednim i senzillesa constructiva.  <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Casa SO15<\/strong> proposa una manera d\u2019habitar essencial, oberta al paisatge i atenta al ritme de la llum i de les estacions.
